As of late life has been pretty sweet.Just to touch up on some details:
1. Mars Volta was the best concert of my life.
2. Kyle Saves The Music was actually a pretty good show, we should have done better but I'm not too disappointed.
3. Cedar Pointe was super fun.
4. The rest of the week, while going by rather slow has been great.
5. This weekend was fun, had a great 6 month dealie with Sarah and am looking forward to another 6.

P.S. Apocolypse Now, Star Wars III and The Aviator are all fantastic movies.

So KYLE SAVES THE MUSIC will playing their first show on Monday the 16th at 6 pm.We're playing a battle of the bands at the school.It'll probably be lame and possibly not the best sounding cause of the crappyness of the school sound system, but I'm just glad to be doing a show again.
The past week has been great.I have just been having a good life, I have a great job, I have a cool band, my friends are great human beings, and I have a terrific girlfriend.Hell the other day Jake was talking to me bout all the parties we're supposed to have this summer, and I can't wait, he's just a fun guy and I've been a little pissed that we don't hang out as much anymore.So that should be awesome.
Today I watched The Fisher King today.Robin Williams AND Jeff Bridges in a movie, I'm sold.Definatly worth a watch, if not for the in my opinion flawless acting, then for Terry Gilliam(Fear & Loathing, 12 Monkeys, and Monty Python and the Holy Grail)'s insanly chaotic direction.It is a stupendous film.

Yesterday Morning....
Woke up, hung out at the house.Saw the new Gorillaz video for Feel Good Inc.If the album is as good as the last one which from the look of the video it will be, I'm grabbing that one up soon.Then went to school which is just getting to be redundant cause nothing even happens anymore.Cept got to take apart the stomach, small and large intestines of Kyle the Cadavar Cat.It was cool.
Yesterday Afternoon....
Afternoon in school is not fun anymore except for the people in the classes are cool.I don't even hate the teachers I just am bored with those classes.After school though got to jam for a couple hours which was cool.I am really happy with this band.It's just a cool thing to do.
Yesterday Evening....
Went to work which is never hard, just gets a bit boring sometimes.This day however my friends tried to not let that happen.Katie and Charlie were the first to come in, it was good talking to them.Second Kristen Kamlay and her friends came in, always a little weird to see them, you will never hear so much laughing as you will with them.Finally Sarah, Kyle, and Ray made a debut which was fun.Kyle, oh Kyle.
Yesterday Night....
Went to Cecibas birthday, but just for a brief second.Mostly just wanted to say a hello to thems.After that I went over to Katie's cause I remembered she had some bonfire thing going, so I checked that out and it was pretty cool.Just kinda hung about there for a bit.After I got home I watched A Love Song For Bobby Long.Gotta say very impressed.It was cool as hell.

Well, on Tuesday I got the new Thrice CD/DVD package.Pretty happy with it, I still havn't watched it all the way through, but the CD is cool.
Working with my Dad has been alright this week, nothing great but nothing horrible.We talked about some weird stuff today, it was kinda cool.
I saw White Noise last night and Hide And Seek today.White Noise was better than I thought it would be, it was by no means great, but I'm not pissed I paid my two bucks to see it.Hide And Seek was actually quite cool.I was glad I saw it.
Just to throw it out there also, St. Joan was on the news the other day cause Fr. Mike turned away a lesbian couple who wanted to join the church cause they said they would only join if they could be accepted as a married couple.So when they got turned away they told the news who immediatly decided to show St. Joan a great time.
I have decided to give the following warning before my next statement:
WARNING:I don't care if this offends you.
St. Joan and they're homophobic minds are retarded.Religion is the most hipocritic thing I have ever heard of and I'm sick of hearing, "We Accept All" and "We Need More Attendies," but not including the reality of the statement, "Unless Of Course You Don't Believe Everything We Do, Or Have A Different Lifestyle."Keep this up and maybe the Church will be nothing but a memory when I grow old.
As for the ladies who started this.Congrats on finding not only yourselves, but eachother.I don't care who you are or what you believe, when two people love each other then they deserve to be happy.However, screw your self-rightous crap.There was no need to bring the news into this.You asked to join a group that you know is against your lifestyle.I hate St. Joan, but come on you have now put a new strike on their record with the community just because you were turned away.I'm sorry but seriously what the hell did you think would happen?

Well most of my friends have taken off for spring break. Sarah left for Washington DC. The only thing that I still have to make me super happy is this band. It is getting to be really fun. Well my internet still isn't fully back to normal, but it is working for the most part at least.It is nice to have things load a normal pace again.My instant messenger is still being retarded half the time but it's getting better.
Just to bring all of you up to speed on my life, cause I know its quite the subject of interest.In the past week I've had some good happpenings.Decided that I will not be attending the Chicago trip with student congress, for instead I will be seeing The Mars Volta.The only thing that makes me sad about not goin to Chicago is that it would have been my first time on a plane, but I have a feeling that the concert will be well worth it.
Outside of that, Vicki has come and went for her spring vacation.It was nice having her round even if she does annoy the crap outta me at times.With her presence came the chance to get a job at Mammoth finally, which I have taken.I will be working Fridays and Sundays.I trained today and it seems like it will be fun.
The play will be this Friday @ 7, Saturday @ 7, and Sunday @ 3.If you'd like to check that out then I reccomend it.It should be a good show, and I will be helping with sound for this time round.Should prove to be fun times.
Um, gee not sure what else.Sarah and I are good.Next week will be our four month anniversary.It seems weird to say that.It doesn't seem like it has been that long.
One last point I'd like to through out there is if you're into this whole Indie bands with Orchestra deals that has been getting thrown around as of late, and also the coolness of blended style music, I've been rocking alot of Frances The Mute by The Mars Volta, and Worlds Apart by ...And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead(not a cheesy metal band, though it does sound as if they should be from the name, and also if you wanna pick it up then look under T for Trail so that you don't make my mistake) cause they are quite awesome.

The dance was pretty awesome last night. Definatly had a good time being super white and not being good at the dancing, but making a fool of yourself is pretty sweet. Sarah made it a great night, she's just really great to hang with. I don't really have any pictures but if you check most of my friends, alot of them will have pics up soon enough.
After the dance was fun. Went to the Zach Browns house. Not a whole lot of action, but had some White Castle, played cards and watched Dagrassi, during which most of the group passed out, or at the least me.
This morning just hung around with Diehl and went to the mall where I picked up Animals by Floyd, finally, and also I Heart Huckabees, cause that movie is most definatly worth the money.It is funny as hell.So that is bout it, later gators.

The Theme To Chronicles Of Diehl |

So I've decided to start writing, The Chronicles Of Diehl(The Rise And Fall Of An Empire). It will be a movie that is loosely based on Mike Diehl's life. I have felt for some time that it would be a great idea to base a movie around his life, just cause it would be such a crazy ass story. Although in the end it will probably only be funny to me, that is great enough a cause. It will be written this week and maybe a little of next week if I get the chance. And filming will begin shortly afterword. I hope to finish film one (this is planned as a four film set, but will probably turn into three) which is planned to be about an hour, same as the others. I will need a cast, except the role of Mike Diehl, who will be played by Zach Brown. Let me know if anyone is interested, I know this is kinda retarded, but I think it will be really fun, and I am very serious about making it, so please just say you'll help if you seriously think that you will.
